About
You arrived at the weblog of Geert Baeke. I am the technology manager for a company called Xylos (Belgium). I mostly work with Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, MSCS, and more. I am also actively busy with VMware's products, focussing on VMware ESX.

Re: Create VMs for VMWare Player

Regular DVD players are restricted by the type of DVDs that can be played in them. Depending on the place where they are purchased, they are area coded and would be able to play back only the DVDs that are coded for the same region. These DVD players are designed to recognize a coded sequence, which is in the form of one byte information in the DVDs to be able to play them. These codes are a permanent part of the DVDs.
