About
You arrived at the weblog of Geert Baeke. I am the technology manager for a company called Xylos (Belgium). I mostly work with Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, MSCS, and more. I am also actively busy with VMware's products, focussing on VMware ESX.

Re: Re: Re: Creating a cluster in VMWare Workstation using iSCSI

I just wanted to validate this.. I am currently testing SQL 2005 clustering on Win2008 with:
win2008 std
Win2008 Clustering Feature
Starwind + Starport iScsi
VMware Workstation 6 running on Vista-64bit
Win08 was able to recognize the shared iScsi disk, however Win08 cluster service is NOT able to do so :(
I guess I would have to install Win08 + hyperv and use its native Cluster disk to test this out.
