You arrived at the weblog of Geert Baeke. I am the technology manager for a company called Xylos (Belgium). I mostly work with Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, MSCS, and more. I am also actively busy with VMware's products, focussing on VMware ESX.

just wanted to correct my previous post ... I am now able to get win2008 to work with vmware wkstation6 and recognizing the iScsi disk. I ended up using Win2008 iScsi Initiator built into the control panel, rather than using Starport. It is well documented here: http://blog.baeke.info/blog/_archives/2007/10/24/3311645.html
